The undisputed protagonist of Osteria di Brera is the catch of the day, with raw materials carefully selected directly by the chef. Each dish is presented in a simple and authentic manner, without too many variations on the theme.
The main focus of the menu is on crudités: platters that smell of the sea, tuna, amberjack, and salmon tartare, and an impressive selection of French and Italian oysters ranging from Perla del Delta to Regal Selezione Oro. Following this are fish-based first courses, mixed fried seafood, sea bass baked in salt, and other delights provided by the generosity of our seas.
Since we are in the heart of Milan, it is impossible not to pay homage to the territory with some classics of Milanese tradition: mondeghili, yellow risotto, cotoletta, and ossobuco.
